My office is in an historic Victorian building downtown, on the corner of 12th and Lincoln. It is three blocks from the Eugene Public Library and the central bus line. There is free parking on the street.
This Victorian was built around 1910.
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for PacificSource, Aetna, and Meritain. If I am not on your insurance panel, I can bill your insurance as an off-panel provider. Private pay is welcomed.

I collect co-pays and other payments at each time of service, with cash or checks. With telehealth, I accept credit cards at the time of service.

My office is on the first floor. As you enter the building, head down the hallway and turn to the alcove with a window on the right. You'll find my waiting area here.
